Hey Steve, I ended up going to Dryden after lunch so I'll have something to do on the panel tomorrow. I'm going to remove the third U-joint out of the steering and go with a straight shaft now that I have clearance with these new headers, then I'm going to piece together some pipe to make a temporary exhaust to get me down to the shop...

Hopefully tomorrow things go well in the shop ,I have to remove the passenger side header now that I'm going to mock up both sides. Will be more torture to the neck and shoulder

The shop I'm taking it to is short handed so I'd have to wait until the 17th of June to get the panel in but he said if I can weld things up to make them work he can bend to match in between jobs so things might go quicker

It won't be a piece of art...just good enough to make it so I can drive it down there or take them down and have the new pipe bent to match

That's all and pray it fits when I get back home...lol. I was hoping to have it back up and running before the 2nd of June so I could take it to a little GTG the Dryden club is having , if not we'll take the pickup

I'll do that first thing, that won't take long at all, just a little wrenching and cut a new rod. I picked up a length today..
