Part# 1b-9900342-ab

Took off the bed to weld in new crossmembers. Doing the harpoon and hutch plus painting frame while I’m at it. When I took the bed off I found these on the ground, one on each side of the truck. Can’t figure out a purpose for them. No apparent hardware that should attach and it doesn’t look like they were welded anywhere. Any ideas?

 

Guessing sway bar brackets/clamps/whatever they're called with the bolt rusted flush to them.

 

I'll take rubber axle overload snubbers for 1000 Alex.
