Known upgrades for F150 in 2020

Hi guys,
I'm getting ready to finally buy my last new truck, ( I'm 68 ). I was looking at new 2018's left overs, with the 5.0 engine, but after reading about the oil consumption recall problem. I think I will go to a 2019, cant help but wonder, has anyone heard of any signifigant changes coming for 2020 ?

I'm thinking I want a crew cab 4x4 5.0 XLT 6 1/2 ft bed and have my buddy that does add ons for the dealers do the upgrades.

I had the crew cab XLT with the 6.5' bed. Getting much harder to find right now. I fear the 2020 won't be a complete re-do, but it's pure speculation at this point.

If you are okay with carrying five people instead of six people, I strongly suggest the center console. The extra storage is really nice and there are more plugs inside. I liked being able to put my phone there.

I call the console the black hole. I might even have one of my kids lost in there. It won’t be a deal-breaker gor me, except I fo want a safe in mine next time, so I’ll need the console for the easiest solution to that problem.

My 2015 F150 XLT Super crew 4x4 with the 5.0 has 149000 miles on the clock and does not burn or otherwise consume any oil. Neither does the 5.0 in my 2016 Mustang GT Premium!

My 80 year old dad just bought a new F150 a few months ago, so you never know. Good luck with your new truck.

i wouldn’t worry about wether the latest and greatest is about to come out, just find one you really like and make a deal on it.
