2013 f350 6.7 whine noise

I have been getting a whine when the truck gets up to temp. Seems like it might be coming from bottom half of motor more towards passenger side. Only hear it at idle when the truck gets up to temperature. If i REV it slightly it will go away for awhile then come back.

Yes. The techs all think it is coming from the fuel filter areas and will go away when the filters are changed, but comes back within 500 miles. The truck had been in the shop numerous times for things from EGR valve, EGR cooler core, wastegate, WG solenoid, MAP sensors, MAF sensors, turbo, but the whine is constant.

i do have some pressure build up in my fuel tank. I noticed every time I unlock the cap. Wonder if it is contributing to air in the system?
