Are those side vents really functional? IDK none present on my 2001 7.3.
The grill looks good, but I think it might look better without the F O R D.
I like the black paint on the vents. And thanks for the Solution Black tip.
It seems the door moldings would protect from parking lot dings, but it does look nicer / sharper without them.

The grills were supposed to be functional, but I'm just not sure how much so.

It will be interesting to see the headlights once they are installed. Going for that '17+ look with those. Yeah, should be interesting.

The FORD logo is gonna get a little love, I do like the logo itself, but in chrome, its a little much for me. It will get flat black with clear coat & the "SUPER DUTY" raised letters up top. I think that will tone it down a notch.

A little sacrilege with the black vents on a Powerstroke, but I couldn't leave that faded red.

As for the door moldings: I'm a short dude and I cant park this thing worth a ****. I rarely park beside anyone LOL!

Just trying to confuse the hell out of everybody Its a super clean ride and I like to tinker with stuff. LEDs will replace the faded cab light and rear lights (no beaner ****), they will look pretty close to factory.

Tires and spray-in bed liner are coming, as well as a new bed cover. I like this one a lot but it just sits too high for me. Overall I am just trying to make old(er) look new(er). I could just buy a new one, but where's the challenge in that LOL

That looks really good. Do you know if it works on the tan trim? My 08 King Ranch's bumper trim is a little chalky looking, but is tan...

For starters, I called it the wrong thing lol! It’s Solution Finish. I wouldn’t put this stuff on any color but black, it seems to be pigmented and would surely stain any other color. Strangely, you would think this stuff would stain the paint too but it wipes right off.

I did do a a little research and they are offering it in gray now: “Solution Finish Gray”

Try backing in. I find it to be considerably easier, both backing in and pulling out.

This grill is blinding ... Decided to paint the mesh portion of the grill a "Black chrome" ... Did a little photoshop and DAMN I think it looks a lot better. Should get it coated this weekend. Thoughts?

Really like the direction you are going with this! Adding the black to break up the chrome definitely a good choice!

Looking forward to following this!
