Hook up a scanner w torque pro to see the exact temperature.
On mine the temps seem to stay a tad low as well. 150 to 160 for a while before it finally sits around 180. Seen this before on my previous truck and it went away after I changed with a new oem thermostat.

Anyone here changed this thermostat ? I took a look and it seems the plastic intake is right on top of it. Service manual says it doesn't need to come off, only the flexible hose from the air filter to the intake. Anyone done the thermostat change ?

I notice my temps seem to hold around 180 as well. Not sure what thermostat is in it, but would assume if it was the 195 it should technically run around there not 15 degrese colder.
