SuperDutyKing is starting off with a positive reputation.
Stopped in today to see what was up with the truck, cab is off, motor is up but not out, oil pan is off. I ask whats the update, they tell me Ford authorized them to pull the pan and remove the oil filter for analysis prior to replacing the motor. Guess we wait for the report. 2 1/2 weeks in so far, getting a little less happy here!

Updated yesterday on the one month anniversary,
12 un-returned calls from the service manager.
Ford held us up for a week.
Ford sent Tech out.
Replace motor.
Ford now wants us to pull the pan off.
Ford now wants us to disassemble motor, not completed as yet.
We will most likely need to replace motor but not sure yet.
This job is now costing us money due to holding up one of our two heavy racks the produce more revenue.

I'm having a very hard time feeling anything but dissatisfaction and anger at this point.

At this point, this is ridiculous for a 2019 or any in-warranty model year.

Perhaps not the words I would use at this point.

Iím puzzled. Either you mis typed or story is changing. Your loosing money because your rack is tied up, but I thought itís your truck?

On 3/6 you said motor up pan off, authorized by ford, but now ford wants you to pull the pan?
