39' COE... too many holes

Filling in the extra holes added to my firewall, can anyone tell me the correct route for the speedometer cable? Mine was missing and not sure how it gets out of the cab. Same with temp sender tube?

I've 2 ton and a half's here on the farm, only issue is they're in a storage shed that the doors have 6 ft, at least, of snow in front of and since I don't need to get there this time of year, can't. I plan on taking my skid steer this weekend and opening the path to them, if we don't get another ft as predicted. Easy photographs if I can get to them. I do have all pretty much all the literature from the show room book to salesmans spec + a couple of dozen sales catalogs. Something there may have a good fire wall pic......
