Tilt steering collar part number?

Hi, Iíve got a tilt steering wheel for a 78-79
F100. It is missing the top collar. Does anybody have one or know the part number?
see the part marked in the pic.

D8TZ-3D505-A .. Upper Steering Column Position Control Cover / Obsolete

1978/79 F100/350, Bronco & Econoline with A/T & Tilt Wheel.

No Ford dealer or obsolete parts vendor has any, none on ebay.

Hey Bill, You had mentioned in the last few weeks that the tilt "pawl" was not reproduced by anyone. I have a tilt issue and wondered if anyone had any input into getting a new one or even a 3D printed one.

I saw a some old Ford trim parts using one, maybe it is advanced enough the tilt portion little doo-dads can be speculated about?

I think it is 3B661 from the print above.

I know of a Ford dealer in OK who has one NOS, P/M me for the details.
