As far as LED headlights go.... again, most people lean towards LED bulb replacements because of the cost compared to upgrading to factory LED headlights or even aftermarket assemblies.
When it comes to brands, it`s hard to beat OEM, followed by Morimoto. One of the more popular "bulb" brands are Diode Dynamics.
Remember this, OEM halogen assemblies are designed for halogen bulbs but many people ignore this and put LED bulbs inside of them.
Have a great day.

I don't know about the OEM LED fog lights, as they were not available yet when we got the Morimotos. One thing I will mention is that the light beam from the Morimotos is VASTLY different than the factory halogen lights. The vertical beam width on the factory lights have to be in the 30-40 degree range; there is a lot of "spill over". The Morimoto lights OTOH, have a vertical beam width that is probably on the order of 10 degrees with very little spill over. As a result, the cut-off is very noticeable between what's lit and what is not. I found that I had to tweak the vertical alignment on the Morimotos in order to get them to illuminate the desired area in front of the truck.

I've looked at headlight upgrades from multiple makers now, and one of the most cost-effective ones now are the Axial projector headlights available through American truck. They are < $500 for the set & available in black or chrome.
IIRC, I think I paid $200 for the pair of Morimoto fogs.

I'm using Diode Dynamics SL1's in both high and lows. Much better than the OEM halogen. I'm also using SpecD housings. Once properly aligned, I've had no flashing. I'm happy with them, and would recommend. They're not el cheapos, $150 a pair when I bought them, but I feel you usually get what you pay for.

LOL....The OEM LED headlights are indeed very pricey but one has to pay to play.
