I wrote up 5 deals, on 4 trucks, at 4 dealers. It takes literally a few emails and phone calls. I spent 4 hours on two deals at my local dealer. Ended up driving 350 miles to trade my 200@5 and pick up the 2017 in a winter snow storm December 2016.

i preferred to order from the Ford inventory on line, it tells them which truck is on its way to what dealer, on which lot. They can search easy, rule out options. Give them 1st, 2nd and 3rd choice on exterior colour and interior, give them 1st and second priority on options. They will find what you want, and negotiate price. You know your getting to a good deal when 2-3 of them stop negotiating. They will work to find you the truck you want at the negotiated deal you want.
