I bought ORACAL 970RA-090 vinyl wrap for my front bumper, rear bumper and still deciding if I'm going to do the grille. It was a pain in the *** but it came out great.
Haven't done the rear yet, it's raining today, so maybe tomorrow. Definitely worth the $60 in materials.

I bought the oracal roll in magnetic gray (charcoal metallic glossy 937) this fall but haven’t had the sack to do it yet other than some paint match testing. that stuff is STIFF and doesn’t stretch as easily as I thought it would.
maybe this summer I’ll get further... you’ve given a little confidence.

You HAVE to use a heat gun, it's literally impossible without one. But you have to be careful because it gets really thin with a tiny amount of heat. Hit with the gun for 5 seconds and you can poke your finger right through it. Harbor freight has a $15 heat gun that works perfectly on the low setting.

One company makes a match for white platinum, no affiliation and I’ve never tried their product but I’ve been thinking about it...

Downside is I hear it’s fairly expensive. I will only have as close to a perfect match for white platinum. Options are to wrap the chrome with this, or buy a new (used) bumpers in white platinum. Anybody got a white platinum front bumper for sale?
Otherwise the homegrown wrap job looks great. Very nice work.
