Hello Grant, John, Steve, Perry, Shaun and all who lurk here.
It`s one of our warmer days, -17 but cloudy, at least the wind is down.

The wireless internet repair guy came this morning to repair the line I clipped at my rental house next door last summer. Apparently he`s in no hurry as he`s been mostly sitting in his truck texting.
It`s -15 in the sun out now, it`s one of our warmer days but not for long.

Well as long as the sun is out you will be free from rain. How long does it usually take for the water to recede when it floods in your area..?

No floods on the schedule for us in the near future but I did some preemptive snow removal from the back yard. There may be a car coming in for storage and or sale plus I'm still looking at picking up an AWD vehicle soon, I'm being picky about what I buy seeing as its going to be sitting in front of my house. There's a Porsche Cayenne with 180k that's just showed up on kijiji and is by my brother's care home so we'll see what happens on the 27th when I go there next.

Nice but doesn`t that really cut into your pay Steve?
Today was the first day in a long I could drive around in town with my window rolled down 4-5'' and not freeze. For some strange reason I`ve always liked having a window rolled down a bit when driving.
