How long does the training period last, is it one or more trainees?
I`m doing good, it`s snowing and warmer weather is on the way. Life is good!

Morning Morris. It is rather in depth for sure. I handle quite a few things training wise before they go to their respective shift to finish training. I handle mostly fire alarms system training, Our siren system training ( We have a civil defense siren system that also works as a large outdoor PA system on our campus) I also handle some radio, phone training. My one coworker handles our burglary alarm system, Access Control system, the rest of the radio training, Our associate director handles our report writing system that we use. Once they go to the shift they will be one they will start putting what we teach them into practice and will start getting use to the shift they will be on. Usually it averages out to around 2.5 to 3 months of training between 2 different shifts.
