Hello Shaun, John, Steve, Perry, Grant and all who lurk here
How`s your day going Shaun?
Are you getting more rain Steve?
How deep is the snow now John?
I`ve never had a cortisone shot so I have no idea what it`s like Grant.
Not sure how much snow we got here, it`s too windy to tell.

Not too bad right now Morris. But we are heading into midterms in the next couple of weeks.

Is it wild during mid terms or is everyone too busy to cause problems Shaun?

I've had cortisone shots in my heel, elbow, shoulder and 12 times in my knuckles. Only once did I get an infection and I never let that doctor touch me again. Should be no big deal in the knee, they usually freeze it before injecting the cortisone. The only ones they didn't freeze on me was my knuckles, they already hurt so bad I couldn't tell the difference..

How long is the spring break Shaun?
Did your cortisone shots really help John?

They sure did Morris but when I was getting them in my knuckles it would only last for about a year before needing them done again because of the work I was doing and vibration from impact guns and rock drills and over use mostly. Cleared the problem in my elbow almost instantly ,my shoulder doesn't bother me too bad now but I'm not really doing anything to aggravate it either..
