Besides themselves I mean.
The first one I have no idea, it was only a couple years old. The second one was a bad rebuild, it had 3 miles on it with no more then 15 psi of boost. I was going to take it up to 60 and boom out the fender wheel most of it went

My 7.3 currently has no boost. The truck has a brand new Garrett Powermax turbo, an 8 month old S&B cold air intake, Industrial 75+ injectors. It was chipped but I took that out and installed an Edge Evolution CS2 tuner. The tuner did nothing impressive so I sent it back. Before I removed the tuner I restored the setting back to stock. I now have NO boost and I am blowing black smoke like crazy and I cannot get the truck over 25 MPH. I think I have a leak because I was only getting about 12 lbs of boost before. At this point I would be happy with 12 because when I say NO I mean ZERO. I also changed the EBP sensor. I have not cleaned or replaced the EB line yet but I doubt that would totally kill boost. When the powermax went on it had a new wastegate so I do not think that is the issue. I removed the tube from the wastegate and there was no difference.

I am at a total loss. Please help.
I wanted to give you an update. This has been a struggle but the boost problem is solved. I had a major leak where the passenger up pipe met the exhaust manifold. Many hours later that has been resolved. I also found the wastegate was not moving very well so I lubed that up. There was also a small hole in the hose that runs from the map sensor to the turbo..

Now on to a new problem. The truck will not start after sitting for 30 minutes unless its jumped. Batteries are less than a year old I getting 12.5 - 12.6 volts. I need to jump it so I can test the alternator. It is one thing after another with this thing.

Thank you to all who offered advice.

need to know the voltage while cranking. 12.5 sitting still without being connected to a charger isn't a bad start, but its not the most important number in relation to power...
