I really like the way they did the ACC housing symmetrically. I am not a fan of how it is on most bumpers - this is the first one I’ve liked. Nice and glad your ACC worked out and you didn’t listen to some grumpy old know it all A-hole telling you to replace it!

Yes, Bodyguard did a great job on their design. It was hard finding a bumper that fit a leveled truck with acc compatibility. The downside is that it took 9 weeks to get it..... worth the wait though. I’m pleased with the finished product.

Did it take a special mount? or is the ACC mount built in. I am considering something like this bumper. Been looking for a while for an ACC compatible bumper with a rear matching bumper, that I liked.

The mount is integrated. Mine didn’t come with hardware for the acc unit, so I just bought three bolts, nuts and washers. I pryed out the factory hardware from the acc unit, this left three holes. I bolted them together. Super easy. It self calibrated after driving approximately 50 miles.
