What should I expect to actually pay at the dealer?

I've spec'd out an F350 XLT with the options I wanted on the Ford Build and Price website. I've been to 2 local dealers and they are only coming down ~$2,500 from the final build price I'm coming down to on the website. Does this sound reasonable? The salesman said Ford doesn't run too many incentive programs because the trucks are selling so well that they really don't offer much.

He okayed me giving out his cell phone. Email him the build and he will send you a fantastic price.

I contacted three other dealers. One in TX and two others in MD. No emails back or calls back.

I agree. Koons of Baltimore. I got ~13% off of MSRP before incentives. Final was 20% off but I did have a $3k PCO.

Invoice on the XLT I ordered was about $3k below MSRP of $50,500. Dealer agreed to go $1k below invoice so it ended up being about $4k under MSRP. There was a $1k rebate when the truck finally arrived so we added that and landed about $5k under MSRP or about $45k. That was the second dealer I worked with. The first was like yours and wouldn’t budge from their initial offer of $2.5k off MSRP. Sounds like the dealer you’re being steered to in Baltimore is the way to go.

I know some dealers take off the delivery fee to make it look like a sweeter deal on their "internet price."
Is that with the delivery fee on it or not ?

10-13% below the final sticker price and not wasting your time is a decent deal.

The killer is the $4000-$5000 worth of taxes

But think of all the value youíre getting in return from your state/county/city governments! I canít think of anyone Iíd rather entrust that $4k or $5k with!

Go to WynneFord.com and take a look at their SD's. This is where I bought my 2019 and it was 10K below MSRP. They're in Hampton, VA.
