Hi all. New here but loving the great info I've seen. I love my 03 6.0, but it's kinda sick lol. Driving to work last Monday, it shut off, afrer getting a little rough. Started back later that day but died again after 30 sec. It's pouring fuel out of the exhaust and won't run more than 30-45 sec. White smoke when it dies, but none while running. It had an injector code, cam pissy sensor code, but we cleared them, and no codes now except for KAM. It's almost like it's getting too much fuel and flooding itself out. Any ideas?

 

Pouring fuel out the exhaust could very well be a cracked injector tip. Do not run that engine until you find which one. The injector code you had could have been the suspect injector. If you run it with a cracked injector tip it wont take long to melt the piston down.

Injector O-ring was the cuprit...now running like new!!
