Anyone have pictures of....

Iím looking to see how everyone is doing the window tint stripe on the top of the windshield. I have the rain sensor so that black notch comes way down below the mirror. The as1 line is also pretty low already on these windshields. Anyone have pics of their setup. Are you stopping even with the notch? A little below? Or even with the as1 line??

My entire windshield is tinted 60% but they trimmed it up to the stippling. I think it came out great. I live in AZ and full windshield makes a HUGE difference .Don't let them go over the stippling since it won't adhere properly and looks like crap. Find someone with a steady hand
.

I also have a guy who canít tint over that dot matrix and you canít even tell. He spends lots of time with the tint squeegee and a heat gun but always flawless.

This is as far as I can go... anybody have pictures of tinting like this...Illinois window tint laws restrict windshield tint to top 6 inches. Front side windows, back side windows and rear window may have 35% VLT. What are the back windows of a CrewCab tinted to from the factory?

Also remember the rear is not tint it’s just dyed glass so it gives no actual UV protection

I assume that means I could do ~20% on the back windows and 35% on the front all with UV protection and 6" of the windshield too?

I'll try and grab one in the next few days. It looks great inside, doesn't impede your vision and really cuts down on the sun being in your eyes.
