Mine was painted to match my forest green

Most of the raw black '05/'07 grills that I have seen are a little different as they have some vertical supports and some lack the mesh opening fill. Not sure if that was a SD XL trim feature vs higher level trims or not.......
Also, are you sure that example shown is Aspen Green, I ask because I know that my '05 is Aspen Green and it looks a good deal darker than the one shown above.

The King Ranch superdutys painted in the same lighter green(like my ex and the ops ex) was called estate green.

As for the grill, its going to be hard to find, and you’ll have to get one, and get it painted that green. I was looking for one for a red 05 ex I used to have. I couldnt get a new one from ford, so i had to get one from a junk yard that was painted tan and have it repainted.
The XL black is different as noted above, they are a textured black, and lack the removable honey comb inlays. You may wanna try a harley truck as they were a smooth painted black, and of course have it repainted.
