Relay issues?

Relay issues?
2006 f350 6.0 can light comes on while truck is sitting overnight. Is this a bad relay? If so, where do I locate it. Also my horn comes on randomly and won’t shut off. Had to disconnect it. ??? Help please

“Cab” light. Sorry. It’ll come on randomly while the truck is sitting off. Killing the batteries. Also, I read that there’s a switch in the air bag harness that goes bad and causes the horn to blow? Said the airbag replacement is the only way to fix it?
