jimmy-six,

The blue front end is purely to show coverage area of where we recommend to get the XPEL paint protection film installed. The product is clear and will not look blue when installed on your vehicle.

Lots of the guys with painted front bumpers complain of paint chips. I’m usually good until they sand the roads...then all bets are off.

These guys are a forum sponsor, don't hassle them. Also, they make a great product and it can help a lot in places like where I live, where the city spreads fairly large rocks instead of sand in the winter.

My paint is proving to be quite delicate, so I see where this would be of interest.

If one of our folks used this product and started a thread tell us how they liked it like many do with the thousands of products out there for us it's ok by me.
If I had a product I would not START a thread promoting it. If it's been done before and I missed it I'm sorry.

Thank you for your support

You're absolutely right in that markets with bad winters are very popular for paint protection film.

It's not too late. Just by having your headlights protected you can prevent them from becoming hazy and oxidized, not to mention prevent them from getting cracked hopefully.

We assure you that XPEL is not a new thing in the Ford Truck world. As mentioned in our original post, the F Series is our 2nd most popular model we protect globally. In fact, we cut over 8,000 + Ford F Series kits on our Paint Protection Template software last year.

GABAR,

That's understandable as it can get a little pricey depending on the coverage. That said, there's an entry point for everyone. Even just protecting your headlights for $80-125 or so will prevent them from being oxidized and yellow while protecting them from getting cracked, scratched, or damaged. The other factor is that while it's not cheap, neither is repainting your vehicle. Which if done correctly, will cost more, and certainly take a lot more time. Most XPEL protection packages can be installed in one business day. **Full vehicle wraps or other customized coverage may take longer**

Wow - I've never seen this before. The XPEL 'Ultimate Plus' looks super impressive. Do you guys plan to offer pre-cut kits (or did I miss it) for the extended rear fenders on an F350 dually? The fender cutouts I saw on the site looked like they are only for the fronts? Like our Canadian brethren who posted above, I live in a wintery place where they don't sand the road, they gravel it with small boulders! If I were to do a protective coating like this, I'd be interested in the hood, front fenders, and those rear fenders.

Alaskan_Warbird,

Thank you! We have rocker panel size coverage on the website available for the dually flares. But if you'd like a little more coverage in the area, best bet is to find an XPEL Installer at XPEL Installers in Canada. They will be able to offer you a custom piece for that area. Find 2-3 installers nearest you and try to go to each shop in person. Not only will this let you gauge their workmanship, but also their customer support quality. You can also email us directly at marketing@XPEL.com with your exact city/location and we can help track down a qualified installer nearest you.

So, based on your experience, what parts of a F150 should have XPEL applied. I`ll use my vehicle as an example.....2016 F150 Lariat SuperCrew.

My paint color is White Platinum and I have the chrome package so my bumpers and side view mirrors are not body colored. Sure, the whole vehicle can be done and some people go that route but i`m not in that crowd.

Also, can you recommend a dealer here in Atlanta where I can get a quote?

Any info that you can give me would be appreciated.

Awesome. Thanks for the quick reply. Looks like there's a dealer in North Pole. I'll look them up when we're ready.
