6.4 ATF Leak Issue

Hey all. Having an issue with my 2008 6.4, 122k miles. The transmission temp sensor went out exactly 2 months ago so I took it to a local diesel shop to drop the pan and change out the sensor. Everything seemed fine until 3 weeks ago when I noticed ATF leaking from the front of the bell housing where it mates to the engine. The manual called for 8 quarts of ATF to be added, however the shop added 10. I suspected this may have been what caused the leak, so I took it back and they insisted that the tranny needed 10 because that’s what came out, and that the front pump seal had simply just given out (independent of the work they had done), so they charged me $500 to drop the transmission and change the seal. Whatever. I paid them the $500 and drove home, but it started leaking again within an hour. Brought it back to them today (they don’t keep Saturday hours but seemed obligated and gracious to help to get the problem solved) because they thought it could be an o-ring around the pump body that could be leaking. So they dropped the tranny again, checked it, and everything looked fine. They’re kind of at stumped at this point so I was wondering if y’all had any insight. Following is 1 pics of the leaks under the truck, 2 pics from inside the bell housing on the initial tranny drop before they replaced the front pump seal, and 2 pics from today when they pulled the converter out to check that seal. They said Monday they’re going to have the converter checked out and tested, whatever that entails, I do not know. Any advice would be hugely appreciated. Thanks guys.

One of the stud posts on the torque converter was cracked and leaking. Will try and attach a pic.
