Bad alignment, flat spotted rear tires, all tires out of balance - new off the lot, after requesting selling dealership to make sure all was in order prior to taking delivery.

Rebuild transmission in '17 F-250 and replace sensor in '18 F-350.
Edit: Forgot about the broken moon roof on the '17, It broke after I sold it to my son and past the 36k so we had to pay for that one.

2018 F550 is on its second axle, the axle is not up to the job like the old S135 axles were. Other than that just some body alignment issues.

Broken fuel cap, wiring harness connector (by spare tire) and door latches (twice now). I discovered yesterday that my service department likely broke some door panel connectors on the passenger side front when they did the field service action for the latches.

I do love the truck though.

My steering wheel assembly is being replaced this Thursday. Steering wheel was off center by about 20 degrees and adaptive steering service message was on. My son-in-law is the service manager. The electric motor in the steering wheel is not replaceable. Now the display for navigation and instrument display is getting real dark and hard to read at times. If I turn the headlight switch completely off it displays alright. He will look into that also. All of the aluminum wheels were replaced last summer due to corrosion.

I wish the poll was broken down by year. Something like this:

2017
Yes
No
2018
Yes
No
2019
Yes
No

That way we could see if they are actually fixing some of this stuff at the factory.
