Garage Redesign / Tools Storage Ideas
For the past 2-3 years, my garage has been just a dump yard and anything that was not needed inside the house was left in the garage. Over the years, this became worse. So, these holidays, I started to clear the garage and threw out anything that I haven't used in the past year. I have accumulated a variety of tools, bits and pieces, spares etc. For now, these are all being sorted out and kept in smaller Amazon boxes. These also include some specialty tools that were procured for working on my BMW and Yamaha motorcycles in the past. I am looking to redesign the 2 car garage to be more effective, functional, manageable and modular for future additions. Can y'all share some ideas and pictures of how you have built it up?
FWIW, I can snuggle the EX into the garage, but there will be no room to work on it from the sides and I have to walk around the 2nd garage bay to access the doors. So, I end up having to work outdoors. Added to all this, I have a sloped driveway that makes it more complicated. I'd like to spruce up the garage and be able to park the other 2 cars (Lexus RX and Toyota Prius) inside the garage as they've been sitting outside for all these years as well
