Gurgle sound
The "gurgle" comes from getting air into the coolant system. You most likely have a slight leak at either your head gasket or your upper intake gasket. When your engine cools down, it pulls air in via the leak at the gasket. ItsI a good bet that if you do a combustion gas test in your coolant system it'll come up positive. Not the end-all tells of a head gasket leak, but a fairly reliable indicator .
