Heated seat and mirror not Working 15 F250

I have a 2015 F250 6.7 diesel that had a burnt harness under the driver seat. The harness was fixed and now everything works again other than the driver side heated seat cannot be controlled by the screen and the mirrors can only go out and down not the other ways. they can also fold and extend. the heated seat however will go on when you remote start the truck but you cannot manually control from the screen. Is there another module that I need to replace...the whole seat was replaced do to the fire and I think the seat module is fine. Also a couple other tips, when I had a guy plug a scanner into the truck he could move the mirrors probably and turn the seat on!!!!so I'm super comdused! confused! Also when u hit the button that's suppose to turn the seat on the passenger side module makes a click....i understand that these truck wiring is all wired together so I'm assuming the switch current runs through the pass sest???!?!?!
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!. Thanks ken

you have two modules that might be bad or need programming. You have the Dual Climate Control Seat module and the Driver Seat module. They both might need programming.

The mirror is separate issue. Maybe you have a bad switch?

Thanks 4 your help! I will check into the modules I feel fairly confident that the seat module is fine because I tested it out with a friends module and it did the same thing. But it could need reprogramming....how would u go about doing that? Is that something the dealer needs to do? Also as far as the mirrors....we changed the switch and it does the same thing..what's weird is on the drivers side the two was that it moves is completely opposite of the only two ways that it moves on the passenger side!....its just weird how both r missing two directional movements but they r opposite??!...but thanks alot 4 taking the time to reply! You might can program them or check their programming with FORScan with an OBDII adapter. Maybe even reload the As-Built data for them with FORScan. Otherwise, you would need to go to a dealer to have them reload the VIN/Truck's As Built data for the modules.

DSM - 744
DCSM - 776

As-Built data can be found here for your VIN...

okay thanks! Good chance I'll take it to the dealer and see if they can reprogram the modules because we did get a new seat and module from another truck and put it in this one so does that mean it could be programmed different!?? And if anyone else has more help on the mirrors or even seats it would b appreciated! Thanks ken
