Morning guys... Gerry we are supposed to get more crappy weather this weekend also. And I thought spring had sprung !!!! lol Oh well it's only march/April. I got some MUCH needed help from a transmission specialist in Listowel. Didn't even know he was there . It's just a small shop, father son deal, His dad is in Fla. Long story short... told him what had happened, kinda smiled , said it happens to the best of us and proceeded to print off the valve body piston/spring locations, spring sizes AND the check ball and spring locations as well. We talked a bit he offered up some great advice and tips. Ask him how much I owed him. All he said was don't worry about it, just show me the truck when you are done . WOW There truly are some decent ppl out there.. ALL my FTE friends are included in that statement as well. So the C6 is well on its way to being done... just finish up the valve body with the shift kit and bolt her up the 400 and then drop her between the rails. Won't be today though, the old girl has chores for me to do. Anyway feeling pretty darn lucky and made a new friend as well. Y'all have a great weekend, stay warm and play safe. Pics of the C6 to follow.
