How to adjust pinbox for bed rail clearance?

looking at the photo, I canít see any way to add an inch of height to my bed rail clearance. Is this even adjustable?

The bed mounted hitch itself is adjustable up/down (unless it's already maxed out).

Incidentally, 9mm 24x7.

Take a look on the inside edge of the pinbox to see if there is a third hole in the back that would line up if you dropped the whole thing an inch. You may have to move that third bolt from the front set of holes to the back, but may still be able to have five bolts per side and get the adjustment you are looking for. Also, you may be able to do some searching to see if all five bolts are required on each side to maintain the appropriate weight rating on the pin box.
