Look awesome by the way. Any pics of the rear of the headlights ? Want to know how you sealed them either reusing the old dust cap (had to modify or not) or use one from TRS. Thanks

Thanks!

Naw didn't take any after i was done. For the bottom halogen bulb hole i bought grommets from ACE and trimmed them down to fit in the hole, ran my LED cube light wiring though the grommet, sealed with RTV. For the top, the projector comes with rubber washers and i used that to seal the projector to the housing. I re installed the OEM dust covers on both the top and bottom spots. RTV is solid for touchups IMO, i know guys who have only used RTV to fully reseal headlights and never had issues.

That looks killer dude, nice work.

Black grille and vinyl wrapped bumper and I think itll be looking better than a Platinum cheese grater front end

My idea is satin housing, white reflector bowl, and Ford blue shrouds to match my truck. Also doing a quad setup.

quad output is gonna be awesome. The white bowl will help give it depth, should come out great.

excited to see this! Be firm but gentle with the lens when separating. i think i twisted/got one side outta the channel to far and it caused my one lens to have a bunch of tiny cracks i didn't see until it was reinstalled and in the sunlight.

The headlight height adjuster assembly can be cooked in the oven, don't worry about trying to remove that. it was fine in the 280 degree bake cycles.

Thanks for the heads up and tips. Bought some of the headlight splitters from TRS to hopefully help in that department. I also bought a spare set of headlights so I can take my time.

Smart...it was nice having an extra set to run so i didn't have to rush it over a weekend. Let me know how that stuff works for splitting the lens apart. Yesterday i realized i can get to the driver side bulb without removing anything. that'll be handy for when i have time to tweak the projector just a bit. Should be able to spin it just a few degrees to get it perfectly straight. i think passenger side i can also twist once i remove the plastic cover that spans the front end.
