Thanks guys! I can't wait to get them on the truck. My battery to test the bixenon mechanism died and i couldn't find another one so hopefully in the last 2 weeks it hasn't magically quit working. Lol Guess i'll find out when i hook it all up.

Got side amber reflector pieces jb welded back on (during the process of separating them from the housing i had to melt the plastic on the tabs..so needed to replace that plastic with something). gotta get a new screw for the HID bulb holder. Some gorilla at TRS torqued that tiny screw down to 100lbft and of course i stripped the soft steel with my screw driver. Other then that they're ready to be lined up and then sealed.

Lights are sealed and on the truck. Next time i'm out at the dairy i'll get some good output shots. Too many lights here in Phx to get decent pics with my phone. overall i'll give it a 7/10 comparing to my titan ones that i thought were a 10. one lens looks like its got a bunch of stress cracks, the black everything makes the projectors look kinda funky from certain angles. the all black makes the headlights have no depth, an issue i ran into with my titan but was an easy fix, just swapped the painted amber reflectors for stock ones. I definitely need to do something about the chrome grille too.

The high beams are RIDICULOUS lol. bixenon plus the BD squadron spots (they're just the sports, cant imagine them being the pro editions which are double the lumens)

here is on crappy pic and then a zoomed in version of said crappy pic lol. IMO it's the worst angle of the lights. Looks bulbous, like the new Gen Titan headlights kinda poke out awkwardly

i think a level and some tire poke would help now that i'm looking at that pic more. the lights look disproportionally large. Meh, they'll be easy to disassemble since they're sealed with butyl from TRS, not that damn permaseal from Ford.

They came out great, nice work man. Gotta give it to the trailblazers. Anything you would change if you did it again?

thanks dude. Id spend more money on a better painter. He did killer work on my toyota exterior pieces (faux TRDPRO), but did **** work on these. Maybe do color match instead of black. OR do the big C shape LED running lights/turn signals. Idk tho, they're pretty clean and simple which is what i was going for. I think if i get the lens swapped and fine tune the projectors just a bit more i'll be happy. The lens in the epic is the one that i have issues with, you cant see anything wrong with it unless you're at the right angle with the right lighting.

It did kinda suck not having 300040324023 threads to browse through and figure out things to do with the lights, that was the nice part about the Titan ones lol.

NOTE: the harness TRS sent was just barely long enough to reach side to side. It has a power wire with fuse, then both sides have their own ground. the power side also has a plug that goes into the OEM bulb plug. Then both sides have the obvious ballast and high beam plugs. the remaining 3 headlight bulb plugs are unused so i removed those bulbs (they get hot and will melt plastic wire sheathing, idk how i would ever know that............) no hyper flash or error codes.

I've been thinking about doing this forever, but have been waiting to see how all the Anzo, Morimoto, etc. pan out. I might copy you and use the Rigid Radiance pods since they have a DRL light on em. Or go with dual projectors and just burn some retinas

Yea that'd be pretty sweet. I was worried quad projectors would look extra goofy, I've seen a few on IG and wasn't so sure about it. I wish the squadrons had a DRL like the LP9's and the light bars they sell.
