Cracked Bell Housing

Good Day Group.....
I have a qwik question about cracked bell housing , 2005 F150 4.6L 4x4 Auto. I've had MANY mixed responses from friends just wondering opinion from any experts in this field.... Had trans out to install new input seal, during installation TC was not in far enough and while tightening bolts broke 2 sections off..... ( Refer to attached picture) . Was told not to worry as breaks were "pulled " away , However also was told Due to high frequency / load / bumps or bouncing they may spread..... Anyone ever run into this? I might need to use it for dump runs and just wondering if safe to use... other than that its going for sale as is $800 .....
Thanks....

It's plenty safe to drive. If the trucks just an occasional dump-run beater, you'll probably never drive it enough to ever see the problem escalate. If it were a daily driver/commuter, yes the cracks would eventually run until the housing completely separates.
