The radius arms from Zone are the same for their 4” and 6” lift. Just different indexing holes for the bolts. These are pics of mine and they are Zone brand

If you have factory shocks now, they won't be long enough without extenders. I would take it to a reputable alignment shop to have it aligned.

So another question about my upcoming lift. I currently have 20x9 XD badlands with +18 offset and 5.71” offset. I am planning on going with a 35x12.5” tire. Will those tires with my current wheel specs work without any rubbing?

Also my truck has about 67,000 miles and am wondering while I’m doing the lift are there any other parts I should just go ahead and preventatively replace?

You should have 0 rub. Just check for play in ball joints, tie rods, wheel bearings and u joints.

Hey guys! So I have ordered the zone 4” lift with new control arms but am debating the tire size. I like the 37” but my big concern is going to the 37” everything I have read says it will kill the performance even though I have the 6.7 with 3.55 gears. I really want to avoid a gear swap so if it were you based purely on performance would you do 35” or 37”? I don’t mind taking a slight hit but dont want it to make me hate driving it and effect towing performance to the point that the truck is struggling. I might be trying to have my cake and eat it to but wanted to hear your thoughts.

Glad to hear you got it ordered! I think you’re gonna be a lot happier goin with the Zone Radius arms vs the cheaper route. With the torque your engine puts out I wouldn’t hesitate running 37s one bit. There’s so much talk about re-gearing when going up in tire size. I’m not saying I wouldn’t like to put 4.88s in mine, because I do plan on that someday. But I don’t have any problems pulling my 10k lb houseboat 200 miles through the hills of North Arkansas. And that’s with a 6.2 gas and 3.73s. Get the 37s. Can’t wait to see this come to fruition

I would not hesitate to run 37's with 3.55's on your 6.7. If you're loaded extremely heavy and get into some hills, simply lock out 6th gear. 5th is still an overdrive gear. I can promise you that if you are debating 37's, that means you want them, and you want be happy if you purchase 35's. 37's just fill the large wheel wells of these trucks so much better. Just make sure your wheel offset and width is correct.

Go big or Go home...I have 3:73s with the 6.2L, and yes I do notice a difference from when it was stock, but I had 35s on it before this and there wasn't enough of a change when I went to 37s to notice a difference between the old 35s and new 37s.

I will say this I put 35s on mine, and the entire time I had them, I wondered what it would look like with 37s. I won't ever put 35s on it again. Go with the 37s.

Well I’m going to talk with a couple of tire shops and if they can confirm that the 37s will fit without any rubbing or trimming on my current wheels I will go with them.

i was dead set on getting the Nitto Ridge Grapplers but after seeing the price and some reviews on the Falken Wildpeak AT3W I think I might give them a shot. It’s a savings of over $500 going with the Falkens. Anyone have any knowledge or experiences with these?

Looks like I will be going with 35s. Talked to 3 different tire shops today and said I wouldn’t be able to go with 37s with my current wheels.

What is the offset and width of your current wheels?

Do what you like, but your tire shop doesn't have a clue. All they can do is look at charts for recommended lifts with tire sizes. I run a 9" wide wheel with +1 offset with less lift than you are getting. You're @ 5/8 less offset. Readylift calls for a 9" wide wheel with a max offset of 0 for 37's with a 3.5 lift. I have tons of clearance between my radius arms at full lock, I couldn't imagine them rubbing. There are guys running 35's on stock wheels with no rubbing. Some barely do, depends on the tire. I think the stock offset is +40.Name: photo687.jpg
