I agree, I think my 12.50's look narrow. I will say that with all the driving you do, the narrow tires are obviously going to drive better. You could do like I did, and add some 2.5* caster bushings. These trucks have low caster numbers from the factory. Adding the bushings has no effect on tread-wear,and I noticed absolutely no ill effects in turning. But it made a huge difference in the wide tires tracking on uneven surfaces. It's a cheap add on that makes a big difference. I put them on in my garage in less than an hour.

Thanks for the insight Ron. My understanding is that castor bushings comes in the BDS kit already. It’s supposed to be a complete kit with everything you will need.

Still undecided with tire size

Would like the wider look of the 12.5 but to get a taller tire with the 285/75 seems more appealing in my mind than wider tires.

I didn't realize the bds kit used them. I added them on top of my ready lift kit, which uses drop radius arm brackets. So I got an additional 2.5*.

Ron did your kit come with a 4” or 5” block for the rear? I am thinking i need a 5” block because i still want a little rake.

I believe we talked about this earlier, but it was a 5.
