How to calibrate adaptive cruise control

What bumper is that? Can you share info on the bar lights in the grill?
Looks fantastic!
Awesome that the ACC recalibrated on it’s own. Electronics are funny like that. I had a 50” plasma tv that the remote sensor died in. It was 3 years old and had a 5 year warranty. They sent me a check for the purchase price so I got a new one. Moved the old one to my bedroom. It worked fine just had to get up to turn it on and adjust volume. Two years later we moved across the country. It was boxed well. Set it up in bedroom again. When DirectTV dude was there setting everything up I told him not to worry with the tb as the remote sensor was dead. He just looked at me so oddly and adjusted the volume from the remote and turned the tv off. That was 2010. It’s made two more moves since then and is still working like a charm as is the replacement tv I got for free thanks to the warranty.

Busa1, I’m glad I didn’t just suck it up...... Turns out ithe acc just needed to be recalibrated. For me that meant mounting it square to an un-damaged bumper and driving it for about 50 miles and it self calibrated. Now that I know how it works, I could’ve got it working again on the old damaged bumper...... it just needed to be mounted close to square, mine must’ve vibrated just out of parameters.

I’m glad this worked out for you. I’m never one to throw parts at things.
what you said makes sense about calibration. The angle of my sensor probably changes more with the load in my bed than mounting precision.
that bumper looks awesome. Is the ACC module under one of those mesh housings next to the winch ?
