Mine has all the fuses under the dash and I have checked them all, I have read that no tach means bad CPS sensor but I have also read that guys say their tach doesnt move on their 02's while cranking and still start fine. Also I dunno if it normally does this but when I turn my key on all the guages move up a little then back down except for the oil pressure gauge. It does not move and its pointing down almost at a 90

‘How did you test the fuses? Do you have the WTS light?
I used a meter to test each side to make sure they were getting full voltage on each side. Something is keeping it from firing I have no smoke coming out of exhaust while cranking. I have good voltage, new cam sensor, plenty of fuel pressure. I just don't see how changing a GPR could have caused this.
Also I noticed that fuse #30(high beams) #31(Shift Lock) and #32(Radio) didnt show any voltage but my the radio and high beams are working. So for some reason those 3 fuses are not grounding to the frame of the truck buck are still receiving a ground somewhere because they are all working. This is driving me nuts.
I have an 02. All fuses are under the dash.
That orange wire at gpr, is thebpcm ground supplied wire. Its possible you just smoked the pcm. Theres also a VSS under the dash. Directly in the middle/below the radio, which controls alot of functions, including the radio..Had to replace my VSS and reprogrammed(dealer only), because my locks wouldnt work and radio wouldnt shut off..
Yes OEM cam sensor, wts light comes on when I turn on the ignition and I re checked all the fuses, fuses 30, 31, 32, 47, 46, and 9 show no power but after investigating further they have power they just arent grounded to the frame of the truck, im not sure if they are grounded by the PCM or if there is something wrong there. I am clueless, i am show about 14 volts, key on and glow plugs on I show 12.4 volts, I never drop below 11.8 cranking which should be more then enough voltage to fire the injectors, New OEM cam sensor I just installed today, I tried unplugging the ICP sensor and still no start, drained fuel bowl then turned ignition on and I have good pressure there. I think you might be right timmyboy76 i can't think of anything else to check its point towards the PCM i believe I just wish I could positively know that before I spend the $$$$ on one. Thanks for the responses I appreciate the help.
If your GPR is working along with all 8 GP’s you should see lower voltage. I see 11.2-11.4V when the GPR activates. I’d try plugging it in maybe that might help but 12.4 v is just a low voltage battery. The GP’s draw a sheet ton of amps... Check your relays too, buy 1-2 that you know are good and swap them out.
Yeah I put the new glow plug relay on today and it is working properly I tested it with a meter, something else is going on tho because there is no smoke at all coming from the exhaust while cranking. Has to be some sort of electrical issue keeping the injectors from firing or not getting fuel. I am trying to find someone with a PCM and IDM near by that I can swap out to see if that helps.
