Has anyone replaced engine mounts on 2003?

Took it in for an oil change and alignment, and they told me the hydraulic engine mounts are starting to leak. I did a search on the forum and didn't find anyone else having leaks or replacing the mounts. I'm wondering if I'm going to need an engine hoist or if I'll be able to jack against the block and replace 1 side away a time.

Is it a 2WD model ? You can lift from underneath with a 4x4 block of wood and jack (bottle or floor jack...). Pull the starter, oil dipstick tube, and front sway bar off. Unbolt the rear tranny mount so it has freedom to move too. If it's a 4x4 model I'd let it go till the motor is dragging on the front axle 'cause it's a severe pain in the tail.
