I just wish they’d quit it with the square wheel arches already...

This must be fake news. Nobody in their right mind would design that, right? Even if they did, nobody in their right mind would approve it for production, right?

X2 That and the front bumper are what keep me from buying one, the Ford Super Duty has a timeless lasting appeal to me.

maybe on a 1500, but that cubby step below the gas tank door is going to be almost useless with how high it looks off the ground, unless it comes down and then retracted back up . Plus, when it’s built in, that means everyone’s knees/legs are going to be denting the whole side after a while. I saw pics of spy shots of the new Denali HD and that might look really good based off what I saw but that Chevy looks horrible

I really want to like it. They lost me on the 2015 change and its just been getting worse. The hood scoop on the 2018-2019 is terrible

Ive owned a 1500- 2002, 1500 - 2007 and a 2011 2500HD.

Yeah, I saw this on TFL and was pretty shocked. That front end couldn't be worse! Rest of the truck basically looks fine to me. The 10-speed Allison transmission for the diesel is pretty interesting. There will also be a new 6.6L V8 gas engine...albeit only with a 6-speed trans. The Duramax will have the same power output for now. GM has announced "much higher" max tow ratings. Remember when they claimed they didn't care about Ford and RAM towing 30k "because that's not what our customer base wants?" Yeah right, GM...the current HD frame can't handle it, is why. But apparently the new one can.

If you can get past the ugly, this will probably be a competitive truck.
