Hello all. The transmission went out in my 2003 Expedition. It has the 5.4 V8 with an automatic. I assumed that it is a 4R70W, but they emailed me wanting to know if it's a 4R100 or 4R75E.

The door jamb code is U, but I can't find a decoder. Can anyone give me some help? Thanks in advance.

 

U is a 4R70W. (No drain plug). Expeditions.
E is a 4R100 (drain plug) Navigator.

 

It's 4X4. I'm almost certain it is a 4R70W, but I don't want to order the wrong transmission. Thanks.
