I am looking to replace the turn signal bulbs in my 08 Expedition Eddie Bauer's side mirrors but I can't find anywhere on how to take them apart to check them and possibly replacement. I know they work because I can see them at night but they seem a bit dim when used during the day. In looking at other Expedition similar to mine, I can see the bulbs in the day also.

You are talking about the row of lights under the mirror? They are dim if looked at from inside the truck, go outside and stand where another vehicle would be next to you, or fold the mirrors in and put a turn signal on.
