1965 Ford HT950

I believe someone mentioned it already but the upper part of the cab looks like it shares a lot of sheet metal with the C600 style cab. I'd hate to see one of those get cut up, but those trucks don't bring a lot of money. A lot of the ones coming up were fire trucks and have very little rust. Just don't tell me about it if you cut up a nice one. I don't want to know. Lol.

I recall a number of the HT Fords in service hauling steel coils from the mills at the bottom of Lake Michigan to the automotive stamping plants in the mid seventies.
Later, they were sitting in the back of the trucking company yards, waiting to be parted out and eventually scrapped.
I still see one occasionally, but haven’t seen one on the road for thirty years.

The last Ford H series I saw on the road was in 1985! The H cab looks like the C cab, but it really only shares glass, hardware, and the roof panel. The doors are shorter and the floor is completely different. The H cab was very rust-prone, probably one reason why they were all gone after the mid-70's.
They didn't call them 'Two-Story Falcons' for nothing! Glad to see one being saved.
