F-350 / Equalizer 12k hitch 2.5"/2" adapter or 2.5" EQ shank?or

Apparently the 12k Equalizer WDH https://www.etrailer.com/p-EQ37121ET.html comes with a 2' shank and my F350 has a 2.5" hitch. Would the adapter https://www.etrailer.com/p-C45405.html , be just as safe / optimal as the 2.5" Shank https://www.etrailer.com/p-EQ90-02-4800.html that costs an extra $130 ? Opinions ?
By the way, does anyone need a 2" Equalizer shank ....cheap?? Ha ha

Mine has the three inch receiver. I did run a WDH with a two inch shank for several months; requiring me to use two reducers. This resulted in a lot of play at the receiver. I purchased a Blue Ox WDH with a 2.5 inch shank, and only have to use one reducer now. There is still play, but not nearly as much as before. If you have a 2.5 inch receiver, a 2.5 inch shank is the ideal way to go, though using the reducers is perfectly safe.
Additionally, I used those Reese locking receiver pins that you can buy at Lowe's or WalMart, and bent two of them very quickly. I changed to the Bolt locking hitch pin and haven't had any problem in the past ten months.

Your 2019 only has a 2.5" receiver? (are you sure)

I thought 3" receiver was standard now?

There is a posting by Karl4Cat, in the 2017+ subforum, that details which trucks get which size hitch. A link to that thread is below. Suffice it to say that a lot of early 2017 trucks got the 3" hitch but once that model year matured the list narrowed quite a bit.

Thanks everyone for the replies ! I just want to know who the guy / engineer at Ford is that says, " let just confuse everyone and put different hitches on every SD " !!!!!!
From my measurement pic above , ( I was actually measuring from the ground to see how it will match up with the ball coupler on the Toy Hauler we are purchasing ) and the link that HRTKD provided, it looks like I do have the 2.5" . And Ive found out that the Equalizer 12k and 14k 4 point hitch is available for purchase without the standard 2" shank and I can just purchase the 2.5" shank . I just need to be sure of which rise/fall length to get. Judging for some info I got on the Cruiser Stryker facebook page , and using the calculator on the Equalizer web site I'm right in between the 8"- 4" and the 10"- 6" ..... I can provide links for all the Equalizer stuff if anyone is interested

It may not be quite an apples-to-apples comparison but on my Weigh Safe hitch I bought the 8" drop. In retrospect, I could have got by (easily) with just a 6" drop. So the 8" - 4" is probably just fine.
