The mileage was just over 35,000, I have added WeatherTech no drill mud flaps, ordered

The hood protector will get painted the color of the truck, then add

Thank you. We was planning on doing this in the spring, but when I was getting the 01 Blazer winter ready, I discovered that it was no longer a vehicle to put money into. The driver's door striker was ripping and also rusting in that area. I had to have a break line replaced (rust) just to get it to the dealership. So our purchase was done 6 months sooner.

I have really been enjoying the truck, but I have noticed when I leave the headlights on auto, that once in a while the top left headlight will not illuminate. At first I thought the bulb was burnt out. But when I turn on my high beams it is on. When I switch back to low, it is on. I have even had it happen and I turn the switch from auto to on and that corrects the issue too. I will be inquiring at my local dealership Monday / Tuesday. I have also yet to see the auto sensing rain trigger the windshield wipers.

They should figure out out. Doesn't look like you have the LED headlamps, should simplify the issue.

Thank you, this replaced an 01 S-10 Blazer. The Blazer was our winter truck, and was showing her age...badly. my wife and I was planning on upgrading at tax time because I bought my dad's 5th wheel camper. Plus I already owned an enclosed car hauler, I just always borrowed my dad's truck when I went to race events. Discovering the issues with the blazer preparing it for winter driving just fast forwarded when we purchase. It was a toss up between Ford and Dodge. I don't regret my choice.
