Those are really designed for very low clearance areas, like off road or roll overs where you need to get under vehicle to free a person. It’s not something I’d use for your application...

If you’re struggling that hard to find a jack that lifts your truck high enough, I’d buy a 4 ton HF jack then fabricate a bracket to mount this to the jack with a ball valve. You could lift everything with the jack then when you reach the jacks limit you activate the air bag to lift to desired height. Then place jack stand and simply pull relief valve until weight is on the stand and off the jack. Hopefully that makes sense.
