Rigid Lights flicker and appear to be on when off
This AM noticed the D2 driving lights appeared to be "on" the brightness was about 10% of the norm. Went into cab and flipped the switch on and the lights lit up normally. Turned off. Looked again and lights were "on" in a dimmed way with a noticeable "flicker" Disconnected wire from power source. These are 2 months installed. Is this an internal fuse in the wiring harness or the cube shaped relay? other?

Could be a case of the "Ol' Green Wire"
I would suggest checking all the connections in the wiring harness. Even though they are all "weatherproof" some times condensation can work its way in. I have a 12" LED mounted in the bumper of my tow truck and it was doing the same thing, along with flickering on and off as I went down the road. I started at the barrel connectors near the light and worked my way back, turns out the relay under the hood had got wet and the terminals were all green and crusty. Cleaned them up with a wire brush, smeared a little die-electric grease on them and haven't had any issues since then. Good luck!
