I am planing to swap my 352FE / 3-speed with a 302 / 5-speed and wonder which full length headers will fit my truck. As far as I understand the 302 SBF came out in the 69 F100. Would headers that fit the 69 also fit the 65?

No one out there who runs a Small Block Ford with headers in his 65/66 F100? Will those for a 69 and up F100 works?

Thank you. Will probably just order a set for a 69 and up F100 with a 302. And might also order a set of shorties. Since I am in Germany I cannot get any parts quick and therefore rather have options sitting in my own little speed shop.

 

Anyone installed the Sanderson FF2? They are really pricey and I'd therefore hope to get some feedback here if they would fit. I will be using a hydraulic clutch and therefore have no issue with the z-bar that is typically in the way when it comes to headers. They say on their website that they fit 63-Up Ford F100 pickups using small block Ford 289-302.

 

Bummer you aren't getting much info. I'm running a 289 351w exhaust manifolds in my 66 and am planning to switch out for headers. Let me know what you find out.
