town 30 miles south knocked down the 60's welfare project buildings and replaced them with 2 story apartment buildings more resembling condos.
one of the companies we truck rental to got the paving job. today was supposed to be stone day and final grade prep for paving.

exactly!!!
3 weeks ago we took out about 2 foot of fill to get it to subgrade so the gas and electric companies could put the gas mains and power cables in the roadways. they are finally done, and it is now ready for stone.

another rainy day here in Joisey.
i get to play chauffeur today.
gotta run the parental units down to the VA clinic about 25 miles away so dad can get his new glasses.
then stop at the voting place on the way home.....and probably the store, ...and post office,.............and firehouse.......................and where ever they want to go. these are usually day long affairs.
