E4OD output shaft length 4x4/4x2
On my quest to make everything more.interestinf then it needs to be, I found out that Quigley (the company that converts vans to 4x4) doesn't swap any parts in the trans, they just add a custom trans-spacer to put the transfer case study the right spot.
Does anyone know the correct length the output shaft should be past the spacer? I would like to try bulding one.
Thanks!

Called up Quigley, that isn't how they did it and they don't sell E stiles stuff anymore.
One question, I bought an E4OD and while going through the valve body, two of the threaded rods that normally have just on nut on them holding the valve body down are stripped out of the metal in the trans. I went to home Depot to check their thread. They fit in a M6-1.0, but pretty loosely, and almost seem like m5-1.0, but that doesn't seem to be a real thread.
Any ideas?
