Cranks no start , no smoke in need of DIAGNOSTICS OBD

Pls help need diagnostic odb2000 F350 7.3L dually with a crank no start, no smoke issue. Below is a list of the new parts we were able to acquire. We are currently living in the Conroe, TX area and we would like to know if there is anyone close by in our community with a diagnostic obd scanner tool that could help us figure out what our next step will be. We have tried several OBD scanners however they didn't read any codes, it seems that we need one that is more sofistcated than the ones we have tried already. We don't have a lot of money to offer being that this is our service truck and it's been down for more than 4 months. We can be contacted at (713) 261-8237.

Can’t help with the scanner but several things stand out.

1) Have you checked the fuses with a test light…not just assuming they’re good?
2) Forscan or Torque Pro IIRC are free then you just need a OBD adapter $20ish off Amazon.
3)Batteries are new but have you put a charger on them while cranking?
4)Fuses are all in the correct place? There’s a lot of open slots that are not used... wrong slot could mean no start.

Some general advice; best if you can edit the thread title to show Conroe TX, and take out your phone number. You don't want your phone number to sit there on the internet forever. Ask folks to send you a PM, then make sure the PM is set to notify immediately (not daily or whatever) in your account settings.

No mention of it, but do *not* use starting fluid/ether to try and get it going. It can work, but it can also cause expensive damage rather instantly.

How did the "cranks but no start condition" begin? When did it run last, and how did it die or stop starting?

You say the fuel pump works, so you can hear the pump come on and have verified pressure at the fuel filter with the key on?

You've changed a lot of parts. Are you sure all the parts changed were good? No smoke at all while cranking? Does the CPS bounce while cranking? How's the oil level in the engine?

No smoke at all while cranking means the PCM or IDM is not trying to fire the injectors, or there is not enough fuel or high pressure oil to create smoke.

Keep an open mind and pay attention to the little things. There are some issues that even the most expensive scanner won't find.
